The Traditional Balinese massage is our signature course. The Balinese massage course is a traditional treatment which trains you in the art of acupressure, skin rolling, muscle manipulation and warm sweeping strokes. It is a combination of different techniques that the Balinese have adapted and created their own unique style.
This medium-firm massage uses oil and is designed to give deep stimulation to the soft tissues. The Balinese massage forms a good base for other courses like Body Scrub & Wraps and gives general knowledge about Body Massage.

08. Traditional Creambath Hair Treatment (35 Hours) |

The Creambath hair treatment is a traditional Indonesian treatment beneficial for elasticity, hair growth and damaged hair. This treatment uses traditional recipes and natural products, like aloe vera, mint leaves, coconut and avocado.
We teach the students how to shampoo/conditioner the hair, apply the creambath and how to give a nourishing scalp and hair massage. When the hair is wrapped in steaming towels, the treatment will be completed with a hand, neck and shoulder massage.

09. Waxing/Manicure/Pedicure (35 Hours) |

This course combines Waxing and Manicure/Pedicure.
Waxing is an effective method for the removal of unwanted body hair. It will leave the skin smooth and silky for about 4 weeks. Learn this hair removal procedure for legs, bikini, eyebrow and underarm with sugar wax.
In the Manicure and Pedicure part of the course, you will learn all aspects of nail and foot care. The student carries out treatments on the hand and feet to improve their existing condition as they form a vital role in overall grooming and person health care.
