The spa is open to resort guests and visitors, 6 am to 11 pm. Spa-users have access to the resort's extensive fitness facilities, tennis courts, steam rooms, saunas, plunges, whirlpools and Turkish baths, as well as the 18-hole golf putting course. The Japanese restaurant, Spa Café, Spa Boutique, beauty salon and nail art center complete day spa facilities.
The spa project combines the talents of US architect Wimberly, Allison, Tong & Goo, with interiors by Thailand-based P49 Design Woodhead. A.W. Lake spa consultants of Los Angeles are joined by Thalasso consultants from Thermes Marins, St. Malo, France. This is the third spa opening for Spa Director Ms. Michi Sonoda, who has spent five years at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali Resort & Spa.
